The business plans created by ruffordvillage.net are bespoke. They are supplied with introductions to the major high street banks and other lending institutions.

Because of the confidentiality of the plans and the bespoke nature we cannot refund any charges but reprints up to a maximum of 3 are free.

Further adjustments in the plans are processed at a nominal charge.
